The company cultivates around 6000 olive trees of different Tuscan varieties: frantoio, leccino, moraiolo and pendolino, guaranteeing a product that is fully in keeping with Tuscan tradition.

Our olive groves are cultivated on particularly fertile and suitable soil. When the olives have reached their optimum ripeness, we harvest them by hand, as was once done, so as not to damage the trees and to select the fruit.
