Our winemaking methods are meticulous and elaborate: wine is an art, which requires not only passion but also skill and professionalism.
To reduce environmental impact and ensure responsible water use, we have created a lake to collect rainwater, which is used for irrigation without tapping into groundwater.
In the winery, we minimize the use of detergents, opting for high-pressure hot water jets to clean the tanks.
